Grants is a new chapter in the Research section. We processed our first pull request as a community contribution. If you are missing something here, let us know: Contribution Policy

Next steps:

  • See if there are any standards or schemas that need to be added
  • add the PSP standards
  • crawl the KB for missing cross-links
  • proceed to phase 2 of the crawl plan

Actors representes a new section. In the tools section, Wallets have been added. Actors is still fairly incomplete and Wallets might be inconsistent or incomplete, but they get published to gather some early feedback.

The Contribution Policy page has been added and lays out how you can contribute.

Next steps:

  • Crawl past grants to find more material
  • add the PSP standards
  • after that I will just keep crawling through the existing material to discover missing things and find more interesting stuff in the Polakdot web

Two major sections have been added: Tools and Data. Tools include Libraries, Explorers & Dashboards. Data includes Datasets and APIs

This marks the introduction of some of the major categories of this project. Categories might get fine-tuned as more data is added.

Next steps include:

  • Reaching out to the mentioned projects to give them a chance to fine-tune their entries, add content/links, change copy etc.
  • Maybe define schemas for the categories and add special renderings
  • Add the Actors category as next major section

The Contribution Policy page has been added and lays out how you can contribute.

Welcome to the Polkadot Data Knowledge Base!

Getting started with data in Polkadot is tough. There are dozens of technologies and at least as many tools to explore them. Working your way through this jungle can be time-consuming. This is where the Polkadot Data Knowledge Base comes to your rescue.

This knowledge base will provide a comprehensive overview of all things data in the Polkadot ecosystem. Today the Polkadot Data Knowledge Base launches with the first chapter: Research. This chapter contains references the foundational knowledge about Polkadot & Substrate, relevant discussion pages, glossaries, and reports.

This website is provided to you by Polkalytics and is sponsored by the Polkadot Treasury via Motion 407. Feel free to send your feedback as direct message to me on Twitter or Telegram: @alice_und_bob, or file a pull request in the Github Repo.

In the coming weeks, the chapters Actors & Events, Tech & Exploration, and Standards & Data will follow.
